Mini Epics – Zapan

Weta Workshop is proud to present MINI EPICS: cool and quirky vinyl figures from the world of film, television, gaming, and beyond!

Ready. Set. Collect.

Alita: Battle Angel reimagines the post-apocalyptic manga series created by Yukito Kishiro in 1990, featuring astonishing visual effects by Weta Digital. The film follows Alita, a cyborg whose faulty memory can recall just one fact: she is the practitioner of a legendary and lethal martial art.

To celebrate the release of Alita: Battle Angel, we set about crafting our favourite Alita characters as Mini Epics! Unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con 2018:

Alita

Dr. Ido

Zapan

MINI EPICS;

Super-stylized and ultra-expressive, this cast of characters was created by Weta Workshop’s collectibles team, a dedicated crew of artists, technicians, craftspeople, and producers, all relishing the chance to distil oodles of personality into a small EPIC package.

The results speak for themselves. That knowing sparkle in those eyes; you didn’t think it got there by accident, do you? Tilt your head a little to the left and you might just catch a wink.

Endlessly collectible. Totally adorable. These pint-sized figures have BIG personalities.

As fractured as they come, Zapan’s part hunter-warrior, part hell-bent on revenge.

Our team at Weta Workshop have dreamed about creating a line of vinyl collectibles for a very long time and so it is terrific to be able to reveal our MINI EPICS to you all at San Diego Comic-Con!
